Forex offers an alternative for Chinese investors who are looking to diversify their portfolios and reduce their exposure to the overinflated local stock markets. There are also significant concerns about the long-term value of the yuan, as China may consider devaluing its currency to remain competitive in European markets as the US dollar soars – forex trading may offer the opportunity to hedge against this risk.
